These screen shots will show you how to make inputting data easier in PCDART. 

*  This example uses the Calving Input Screen as an example.  The same shortcuts apply to many input screens.  *

On some of the PCDART input screens there are fields that may not apply to your operation.  You can choose settings so PCDART does not stop at these fields, making input easier. 

On most input screens there is a button on the upper right labeled "Set/Reset Skip"  Click on that button.
A window showing fields that can be "skipped" appears.  Simply check the box by the data field that you want to skip when entering data, and then click "Close"

Field Technicians can choose different options for different herds.  If you change your mind and want to report that data field again, simply click it's corresponding box.
