These screen shots will show you how to build this report in PCDART. 

*  Please note that this is an example only, and that you may need to use different parameters to fit your specific situation. *

From the REPORTS screen, click on the NEW button. 

1.  Enter the Report title, Animals to List, and Major/Minor Sorts as shown below.
2.  Then, enter the Database Items to List in Report as show below on the left side.
3.  Next, enter the values for Controls/Filters as shown in the middle section below:
	These are cows due to freshen in less than 121 days and still not verified pregnant.
	These cows are in milk more than 159 days, with no breeding or heat date reported for 35 days and not Pregnant or Cull cows
	This "OR" statement selects for cows bred more than 36 days ago with no heats and not confirmed pregnant.
	This selects cows in milk more than 20 days with no heats observed.
	This last set of controls finds cows in milk between 10 and 60 days, with a repro code of blank or not H
4.  This report example has no Subgrouping, but it could be added.

That's it!  Be sure to save your new report and then view and/or print it out.
